All payments made to Ink Web Solutions for software development services are non-refundable, except in the specific case of duplicate payments. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

- A client has inadvertently made a payment more than once for the same service or invoice.
- The duplicate payment can be verified in our payment records.
3. Refund Process

- Invoice number(s) or payment reference(s)
- Payment date(s) and amount(s)
- Our team will verify the payment.
- If confirmed as a duplicate payment, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
Payments for the following are not refundable:
- Any legitimate, single payments for services rendered
- Partial payments or deposits
- Payments made for project milestones already completed
